A full refund, minus a $250 processing fee, will be issued for cancellation requests received by September 17, 2026; no refunds will be given after September 17. If you selected the Registration & Membership bundle, only your meeting registration can be canceled. No refunds will be given for membership.

Registration options

Full conference registration: You can attend your choice of 300+ sessions from Sunday, October 18, to Wednesday, October 21. PLUS: You’ll get a year of access to our on-demand educational streaming platform, CHEST MedCast, which offers simulation videos, clinical webinars, podcasts, and much more—including CHEST 2026 session recordings later this year.

Registration and membership bundle: Save up to $50 on your full conference registration, plus start a year-long CHEST membership.

Single-day registration: If you don’t have time to get away for the full conference, attend a single day of your choice.

Premeeting courses: Register for half- or full-day courses on Saturday, October 17, that offer hands-on training in the clinical topics directly relevant to your practice.
