Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to helpteam@chestnet.org and received by September 6, 2024. A full refund, minus a $250 processing fee, will be issued for cancellation requests received by September 6; no refunds will be given after September 6. If you used “Become a Member” when you registered, only your course registration can be canceled. No refunds will be given for membership.
