CHEST has secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Phoenix affordable. Through the travel experts at onPeak, rooms at the group rate are limited and available on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for reservations in the CHEST hotel room block is September 17, 2026.
We anticipate that our room block will fill up. As a courtesy to other attendees, we ask that anyone who reserves a room in our block also registers for the meeting by the early bird deadline in July, or your room may be subject to cancellation.

While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with CHEST. Beware that entering into financial agreements with unendorsed companies can have costly consequences.

Airline discounts
Delta: Visit Delta's website to book, or call +1 (800) 328-1111. If you are booking online, enter meeting event code NY4GT in the box provided under Advanced Search.
United: Visit united.com/meetingtravel, and enter ZS2N in the Offer Code box. You may also call United Meetings Reservations at +1 (800) 426-1122. Discounts are not offered on Basic Economy fares.
Transportation options
There are several ground transportation options from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) to CHEST 2026 hotels. The approximate fare for a taxi is $30-$35 between the airport and CHEST hotels.
New this year: CHEST will offer a special airport shuttle running from the convention center every 30 minutes between 11 am and 5 pm MST on Wednesday, October 21. Tickets are $12 per person (with a discount for booking multiple people together), and you must reserve your ticket in advance.

Shuttle service will be provided between select CHEST hotels and the Phoenix Convention Center. Hotels with shuttle service include Cambria Hotel, The Camby, Embassy Suites Downtown North, Fairfield Inn & Suites Midtown, Found:RE, Hampton Inn Midtown, and Sentral Alloy Midtown. All other CHEST hotels are within a couple blocks’ walk of the convention center.
Travel assistance
Direct Travel Management can assist in arranging your travel. Their agents can help with unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, flight cancellations, delays) and provide superior customer service. Direct Travel Management is familiar with CHEST’s travel policies and can offer personalized service when you book with one of their agents. Childcare program
Bringing your family to CHEST 2026? CHEST is partnering with leading childcare provider KiddieCorp to offer a program for children aged 6 months through 12 years old. Childcare will be offered October 18 to 21 during CHEST education hours and will be located at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. Availability is limited and handled on a first come, first served basis. Invitation letters
Letters of invitation for attendees and guests can be generated in the online registration dashboard. Abstract and case report presenters needing additional presentation information in their invitation letter should contact abstracts@chestnet.org.

CHEST reserves the right to adjust requirements and will notify attendees as applicable.
