The 2022 European Society of Cardiology/European Respiratory Society clinical classification of PH remains to categorize clinical conditions associated with PH, based on similar pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical presentation, hemodynamic characteristics, and therapeutic management. Sarcoidosis fits within the systemic disorders (5.2) in group 5 (choice C is correct; choices A and B are incorrect).
