CHEST Guideline Topic Submissions

CHEST relies on the input of members, volunteers, leaders, and staff to define and pursue opportunities to create high-quality, relevant guidelines. Submissions for preliminary topic proposals are now open and will be accepted until Monday, March 24, 2025. While we accept all topics, special consideration will be given to submissions regarding COPD.

Those who submit topic proposals will be considered for Chair (or a panelist) of the proposed guideline, subject to qualifications and conflicts of interest review per CHEST policy.
