CHEST

Thoracic Oncology
A longitudinal study of 4,432 individuals,
“Changing Smoking Behavior and Epigenetics,” finds that methylation in the aryl
hydrocarbon receptor repressor gene recovered to a higher degree in
individuals who quit smoking compared with individuals who continued smoking
or who never smoked.
