CT in Fibrotic ILD, Part 2: Progressive Fibrotic ILD

In this video, we’ll review the current diagnostic criteria for usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP) on CT, including pitfalls in guideline application and proposed enhancements to the guidelines. We’ll also look at combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema, dendriform pulmonary ossification, and manifestations of lung cancer in UIP. Finally, you’ll learn about common CT appearances of other progressive fibrotic interstitial lung diseases (ILDs), such as chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis and nonspecific interstitial pneumonia.
